I’m going to come right out the gate with this one.  Are you currently happy with where you are?  Whether it’s health, fitness, business, your career, your relationships, I’ll bet there is at least one thing you want to work on.  For me, I have a lot of work to do in all of these areas!  If you want to improve something in your life, you have to ask this one question of yourself…

     Do your short-term actions align with your long-term goals?  Boom!  If the answer to that question is a hard “no,” then something needs to change.  It’s easy to start rattling-off excuses and explain why life is hard while staying in our safe bubble.  The tougher conversation to be had is “it’s my fault.”  The best part about that?  Since it is my personal fault, I have the power to change.  

     Look, 2020 has been one hell of a year.  We’ve all faced a wide array of challenges and life has been tough.  At times, I’ll admit I feel powerless in a powerful storm.  However, there is still a lot in my control.

     No matter how hard life gets, no one can stop you from working and getting better.  Take a really close look at your daily habits.  If you like what your daily habits look like and feel like they’re leading you to success, awesome!  You’re on it and well on your way.  If you are not happy with your current habits, you know what you need to do.

Train your body.  Feed your mind.
