Certified Online Trainer and Health Coach


Demarco has been a personal trainer for 5 years.  His focus on strength training, high-intensity cardio and healthy meal-prep make him unique in an industry where “just give me a workout” is the common tactic.  He believes that everyone should be strong, flexible and have good conditioning/endurance so that they’re better equipped to deal with the daily stresses of life.

He’s the first to tell you though, it’s about more than just sets reps and weight. Health and fitness have completely changed his life and he hopes to do the same for many others!  Demarco lives by one golden rule:  Take responsibility for yourself.

Personal Training

Strength is the foundation of any fitness routine.  Lifting weights will dramatically change your body by building lean, toned muscle and accelerating fat-loss.  I use a variety of methods, weight and rep ranges to keep the program fun and prevent stagnation.  That being said, I also focus on:  Flexibility, mobility and cardiorespiratory endurance.

Meal Planning

For the first 5-years of my fitness career, I wanted to build a solid foundation of training knowledge and experience.  However, in that pursuit I was missing a critical element.  Without a solid nutrition plan you’re bringing a butter knife to a sword fight.  I’ve teamed up with my good friend Ronald Woods, RD for meal plans!  He will calculate your nutrition requirements and take all of the guess work out!  With an exercise program and meal plan, there’s nothing that can stop you!
